Why finding it hard moving on after a break up?

The reason could be traced down to the quality of self worth or value you place on yourself.

I want you this day to come to the level where you can't beg anyone for love. Trust yourself (and make sure you do) that you are worth the best. That you have the qualities of a great husband or wife and instead of running after people for love, believe that whoever comes for you, is blessed to have you and let the fakers stay away.

Does it mean your Ex deserves you? When after giving your best to the relationship (and you really did) they threw it to the mud and matched on it. Then, you have to let go as well and move on with your life.

You still have your heart intact, you still have enough amount of love to lavish on the right person
So, stop wanting your vomit.
Simply think through, find out for yourself that you were really giving your best before the break up and if your findings are positive, then sweetheart dust yourself up and come back to loving yourself while you give your heart recovery time and readiness to give that love to someone else who really deserves it.
